Be aware that this version isn't Old School RuneScape, a version based off a build that was released in 2007. That's been available on iOS and Android since the beginning of the year OSRS Gold.  This is the full-blown RuneScape that Jagex has been continually making improvements to over the last 20 years.

There's an obvious demand for RuneScape on iOS as well as Android. There are more than 1.8 million players have pre-registered to play the games, which come with a mobile-friendly user interface with a new menu system as well as icons, text, and textures. Combat mechanics have been modified for iOS in addition to Android.

The company has filed two trademarks in UK with one trademark for "OSRS Gold" as well as another to "RS Gold", with the filing informing that the company has registered trademarks that use the phrases as words. This should stop third-party websites from having the ability to promote their sale of RS Gold.

A simple Google search on either will bring up a myriad of websites, most of them with one of the terms mentioned in their URL, which offer money in RuneScape with real money. This came after the announcement on the 13th of October that Jagex has put an end with "real-world trading". In a blog post on its blog "The RuneScape Team" clarified that "gold obtained through RWT trading in real-world settings is an issue in every online game featuring a tradeable currency."

Jagex claims it will send "messages to those that we've identified who are involved within"RWT" within "the coming hours". "For those who were involved, we'd like to be clear that this is the single message, and the only one," said the statement.

Additionally, it was announced of the game's PvP feature, Duel Arena, would undergo sweeping changes, including the stricter enforcement of game's code of conduct, to OSRS Buy Gold encourage positive playing. Jagex affirms that the feature "has become a focal point that has led to the toxic behaviour".
