If possible, its preferred to wrap WoundClot? around the bleeding area in order to secure the gauze firmly to the wound. Allow a few seconds for blood to wet the gauze. If bleeding continues, apply light pressure onto the gauze. If the product is dry after bleeding stops, you may gently rinse WoundClot? with water to conform it to the wound area.
